We will always let you know beforehand if we need to reschedule an appointment due to a staff member feeling unwell or showing any signs of a contagious illness

We pay particular attention to coughs, colds, influenza and gastroenteritis

If yourself or another occupant of the property we have planned to attend, show any signs or has recently been affected by any contagious illness, we ask very kindly that you make us aware at the earliest opportunity, preferably before we arrive

We can then reschedule to another time to see you and continue to serve the community in the safest manner possible
